Are you ready for Transition?

This is an easy way to explore the Transition Engineering approach and secure a basic diagnosis of your organisation. We’ll send a link to an online questionnaire; we’ll analyse your answers and give you initial feedback.

You can think of this like a pre-MOT check for a car; it might be making some noises, so you need to get it on the ramp for a mechanic to take a look.

You’ll do this if want to know that the whole system of your organisation and its business model are best-prepared for any future changes to the business operating environment.

You can start the process at any time, whenever it suits you. The sooner the better! It will take a week if we do it remotely, and as little as a day if you pay for a site visit.

We can do this either remotely or I can visit you at your place of work; this lets me see better what the organisation is and does.

This only requires one person to implement; as long as you’re a director of the organisation, or with equivalent authority to share information, we can go ahead. I (Daniel Kenning) will lead the process. You can also request an onsite review; please ask for a price.
